Thanks for your interest in Recruitment Solutions, Inc. In the 1980's, when HR departments everywhere fell victim to massive corporate downsizing, companies were left with limited recruiting resources: either hire an expensive (and paperwork-intensive) contingency or retrained firm, or utilize their own over-burdened, undermanned internal staffing department. RSI's non- traditional staffing approach - offering seasoned recruiters at an hourly rate, instead of charging high one-time retained or contingency fees - was developed to address this need. By putting experienced recruiters on-site who work exclusively with our clients - not for multiple clients simultaneously, like traditional recruiting firms - RSI established itself as a forward-thinking staffing alternative.

Our philosophy was simple: ask lots of questions to understand our clients' objectives, place only qualified recruiters, provide a cost-effective alternative, and deliver total customer satisfaction.
